@jsit Let me tell you that in Germany it were unions which made 35/40 working hours per week and 25-30 days paid leave per year the default. Companies just spend savings on creating more output. Sadly the unions here lost their bite and are mostly doing fallback fights, softening hurting changes, but don't rejecting them at all.
