You might want to try https://hiring.cafe/ as a possible alternative. I wouldn't give it a complete endorsement though since I've had frequent issues getting the site to consistently load in Firefox (just checked now and it's "failing to verify my browser") and I get the impression they will sellout at the first opportunity even though their stated goal is to unseat Indeed & LinkedIn. But I refuse to make an Indeed account (or LinkedIn) so it's the lesser of two evils atm. Good luck to you in your search.
