It may be mine one day as my responsibilities (and stubborn refusal to accept my limitations) got me up and moving within an hour

@oftencalledcathy thanks, and I hope you find your rhythm. That is indeed one of the hardest things: prioritising pacing and accepting (even with fierce resistance) that some things are playing out for me or others in a way I would never usually accept.
