How is it possible that convicted murderer Rebecca Grossman does not have a WIKIPEDIA page, man

2026-05-02 05:44 UTC

I’m being serious — this is a really big case. Privileged murderer has somehow managed to skirt being identified for what she is? You’ll forgive me but I find this outrageous. Please help me find a link to an article explaining this or I’m going to lose respect for Wikipedia.

Pretty sure she would not meet the standard for notability.

So make one? That’s the benefit of Wikipedia. FWIW, I’ve never heard of it or her. Is she famous or influential for something other than this case? Which I don’t say to minimize the deaths she caused, but because not every news article/criminal case/lawsuit/whatever rises to the level of interest to justify a Wikipedia page. But seriously, Wikipedia is a community-driven network. “Losing respect for Wikipedia” would be like losing respect for Lemmy because other people weren’t writing posts you wanted to see.

You know Wikipedia is written by users right? So you can write the article you want out there.

You know many criminals also enjoy the (negative) fame they get?

I think anyone can make a Wikipedia page. Be the change you want to see in the world.
