@brandonscript @elizayer "Incentives drive behavior" can encourage perf-driven development if done poorly.
CSTO would be an interesting reframing of a technical role as a sociotechnical one.

@brandonscript @elizayer weird follow up thought… if one removed the H from "HCI," it would cause a conceptual violation similar to the hole in "CTO."
