When I was a teenager, I was assured the day would come when I'd realize how I didn't know shit in my teen years and realize how wise my parents (and most of the adults around me back then) really were. I'm in my 40s. I definitely know what a sophomore I was as a teen. I am still waiting to recognize the wisdom my parents and teachers allegedly have. I think I always will be.
