@casy I've honestly been happy with every puer I've bought from them, but the two that my partner and I purchased entire cakes of are Lumberslut and Camphornought! we're actually on our second cake of Lumberslut now; that one is very approachable and smooth, and it's one I can show to someone who's newer to puer. as I've drunk more puer I've started craving darker brews with more bite, and Camphornought fills that role while still being smooth. I tried one from Crimson Lotus (Holy Flame) that was actually too bitter and astringent; I haven't been able to figure out how to best brew it yet.
