So much has changed since I began transition. My name, my identified gender, my career, my personality, my sense of self. My body shape, my face, my level of health. My dress sense, my values, my politics, my faith. My abilities, my bearing, my relationships with others.

One thing I believe these days is that five years ago is when I became a witch. When I took power, rejected the fate I was born into, and substituted my own. When I stepped outside of the law of patriarchy, its reductive truths, its binaries, and discovered a greater universe.
