Let's assume that PM Mark Carney seeds the sovereign wealth fund with $25B by looting the surplus from the CPP, and matches the growth rate of the CPP investments until the end of his government in 2034. Even if he adds no additional money, it would grow to $50B by then.
How do you think PM Doug Ford would spend $50B in 2032?
