Imagine if German tax agency said that non-residents of Germany can only pay German taxes in person at the tax office in Berlin or at Berliner Sparkasse, or by credit card but only if it's issued in Germany, or by Paypal but only if your paypal account has German phone number. Also the deadline for paying taxes is in two weeks.
