We have hips but still need a belt because men's pants aren't built to hug the hips because women would get jealous of how much better our asses naturally are with no effort on our part :3

Nah, it's because the junk makes it mad uncomfortable to wear pants that show off the ass (or they're cut in a way that really makes the junk stand out). Though I rarely wore belts when I wasn't as fat as nowadays ...
