My wife said this is called "anxiety" and that something called "therapy" can help I dunno what any of that means also she's from Newark so honestly that may not have even been what she said

I tried that so called therapy. It just ended up being "here's $100/month subscription to Feel Like A Zombie Every Day medication! Oh that one didn't work? Here's a different $100/month subscription to Also Feel Like A Zombie Every Day!" I'll just stick with the internal screaming and frequent panic attacks tyvm.
