@simonzerafa @tdp_org I wish I was that smart. I passed up buying a laptop in Nov last year hoping to get through the holidays, now the prices have jumped over $200 and some RAM options are not even available.

@zorg_the_blue @tdp_org The better option now might be looking at refurbished laptops. There is usually a steady supply of ex-business models available. I generally go for Lenovo models as they are generally plentiful. Some models come with fixed non-upgradable RAM so it's not likely to have been downgraded 😉 Get the spec you need now, before they get even more expensive 😟
