At present, we have masters. After the revolution - which I fully believe will happen within our lifetimes - we will not, but there will still probably be those assholes that you identify. For now we must overthrow our masters; later we must prevent new ones arising.
In both cases, now and after the revolution, the work of making a society function will still need to be done.

@passenger how to deal with the fact that all workers with personal or collective stock-based pensions have now been coopted and made dependent, on for their livelihood, the very same systems that exploit them?
