Don't expect screen shots any time soon, but I'm getting a bit of an itch to try coding up a text terminal hex map editor. Sanity will probably prevail, but I do odd stuff enough this might happen.

Huh. Apparently both the Textual and Prompt Toolkit python modules have some degree of support for Sixel and/or Terminal Graphics Protocol graphics. It would be kind of cheating and no longer a pure text mode app, but could be fun to play with.
