@mls14 The Dems aren't going to accomplish anything practical with Trump unilaterally shuttering departments and starting wars. They need to show some fight and put unrelenting focus on Trump's crimes and the harm he's caused, but Jeffries is signaling the Dems just want to let it all blow over. That's not what Democratic voters want. That won't inspire the base to take the day off work and stand in line for hours to vote. It's a plan to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

@gneilyo People need to show up at primaries and get tougher Democrats. Then show up at the general election and trounce the GOP to prove that we have the power of the vote and aren’t afraid to use it. If we want better candidates, it’s up to us.
