@dantheclamman Over the course of my career I have probably been on a few hundred interview panels. Sometimes you’re lucky and you get a candidate that is clearly better than everybody else. But unfortunately, what often happens is you get a couple of very similarly experienced candidates and you end up deciding who moves forward and who doesn’t based on some of the most random of data points.
