1/2 sigh. I ended buying a "gaming chair". there goes my last remaining bit of self respect. In reality, gaming chairs are another example of how things that look stupid or immature but are practical will become adapted for mainstream users. Just look at gaming mice: They were better than office crap and professionals were using them. so the design became less flashy while keeping the sensors to appeal to mainstream users. which brings us to "gaming chairs".
