@Tarah The University of Bristol’s Cyber Security Group (which I work for as a technician) researches CNI systems and has its own water treatment plant in miniature to hack and experiment with. Mostly finding exploits and vulnerabilities in programmable logic controllers and related network infrastructure.
Their office is closing today until 5 Jan, but they might be a useful starting point.
