Heres a freaking wild idea:
Maybe instead of adding surveilliance for each and every ant of this earth, actually reinforce current laws and give a bonus to those who find others breaking it.
Like if someone throws out thrash of their car window, instead of putting 10k cameras in a City and add a Orwell Surveilliance system ontop of it, make a law that gives a bonus for those submitting evidence of people breaking it.

And then for those who break it, let them pick up all trash for a weekend. That will solve the issue within a year. Everybody will know better. And we don't need hightech to surveil each and every human. [2/2]

@Anachron@fosstodon.org Can I make a partnership with the local shops to install cameras, use AI to detect misuse, and give a cut to those local shops in exchange for letting me use their block? And while I'm at I might as well expand outside my city/county/country/continent/planet
