@wklj It’s extra amazing because the only other sub-2 hour runs have been under controlled conditions with pacers giving people a draft.
This was just around the streets of London.

@macshome yep. He knocked off a couple sub-13:50 5Ks in the second half and mile 24 was a 4:12. WTAF.
