TIL in my 15 years of professional experience as a frontend developer, I had quite very few React projects. I struggle to get to the "minimum 5 years of work experience wiith React". Yet, I still know enough to teach it, gave a react workshop once ☺️ imho, years of experience is a bad metric. I would need to be 80 years old to fulfill all those requirements.
