@tastapod @adredish still, it seems a "what's the question?" issue here: do I want to know if MS is doing a good job? Maybe, as a (paying?) end user, I definitely do not care and I just want a (very) reliable service.
And that chart shows exactly that.

@alessandrolai @adredish Maybe. I want a reliable enough service. Or rather, I want to make a decent trade-off of self-hosting vs having someone else manage all the headaches of patching, updating, securing, configuring, etc. The number of nines I'll trade for that very much depends on the service. If I am _that_ reliant on GitHub for _that_ much of my daily workflow, it's just possible that I'm doing it wrong. (Not in Mitch's case, but for 99% of enterprise use cases, say.)
