@ipg I knew a dude who was responsible for getting the final build of a game* to the CD duplication facility in time for their scheduled print run, and game developers being game developers they were fixing bugs right up until the last minute.
They got it there by helicopter.
* I think it was the PS1 version of Driver

@ipg Explaining to Farbs Jr that sure, my share house had a home network, but if you wanted to move something big (Counter Strike, AOE2 etc) it was much faster to unscrew the case and take your hard drive for a walk.
