@deathkitten (neighbours = in my block of flats - so it's not even *their* garden but *ours*! nobody asked if it was ok to do it, but i am in a minority of people who prefer alive, vibrant, colourful gardens over short and trimmed and dead so i'd have been overruled anyway)
really like your idea though, probably too late for this year but now i'm wondering if i can get a bag of bluebell seeds for next spring. you'd have to be a monster to mow a sea of bluebells ๐

@deathkitten ooh actually now i am looking at wild seeds there are various types, this would be really exciting to sneak a load of seeds around the place over the next 6-9 months and then just watch the garden explode with bluebells, foxgloves, wild garlic, really great idea thanks ๐
