@Flowermob This ruling is just one of many egregious decisions that have increased the SCOTUS' own power and rigged the rules in favor of the very wealthy and the regressive-right. They have also created legally bankrupt so called doctrines that they wield with intentional inconsistentcy that allows them to arrive at their preferred results. They are as likely as not to wield these dodges to overrule any and all Congressional attempts to undue prior decisions.
