The score itself is in the public domain (in Canada, probably worldwide). The resulting PDF contains 15 pages of images of scanned pages. There are no text objects for a screen-reader to read. Would it help you to have a transcription of this score into MusicXML? Doing that is a hobby of mine. I can't promise it fast, but it would be fun to do.
