In case you need to really start the petrol engine of a modern Audi hybrid vehicle, there is no "engine auto Start/stop disable" option, like the non-hubrids use to have. To bring it into combustion mode while stationary, you have to start the car normally ("Ready" mode) and than press and hold the break and accelerator pedal while pushing the start button again. Feels like Crtl-Alt-Delete for your car.
