@dangillmor According to the publisher of The 1440 at the LION conference last fall, the platform he'd recommend is Beehiiv https://www.beehiiv.com/ And yes, Substack is not conducive to independent creators, unless you like a slice of your hard-earneds being funneled to some of the worst people imaginable
