We're talking about WATER here. Big deal, water is cheap and most have free access to it. So, only 10% were not "trustworthy" in this experiment. Without going overboard, I'd like to see various cans of soft drinks or those little bags of chips you get in bulk for lunches. I would predict more than 1/2 would get greedy.
