@can I’m for it. If someone understands the risks of running unknown applications should be able to find how. Lots of people don’t know the risk.
Yes it can be frustrating but helpful with security.
Besides that it’s very easy nowadays to notarize a #Mac app and distribute it via other channels.

@oldforest The problem with this is that Apple is increasingly closing down their platform and restricts uage of how people can use devices they own. They do it under the cover of security, but what they really want is control and gatekeeping.
