@mwt Ugh... I hate it when folks in customer facing positions start getting into annoyingly burecratic "strict rule-adhering" and inflexible modes like that! 😡 Can safely say a bunch of those love the power trips they can go on doing it... Heck, we encountered a pharmacist just last week like that. * On one hand the pharmacy had texted Mum to say she had repeat prescriptions ready to pick up. * On the other hand, it turned out these were only some of her prescriptions only (and as it turns out, the ones that Mum no longer wanted to pick up, as they weren't working so well)... * BUT the ones she did want they refused to hand out, as the pharmacist had already gotten on their high horse on to *lecture* us at length about them having doled out enough supply for now, and that we'd have to come back later. (Did I mention that they'd staged their counter so it looked like it was closed for the day at that point?)... Yeah... I kinda think it was something between "can't be assed doing more work for the day" and "rationing order slapped down from up high... bitchy mode engaged"
