The idea of Mom or me needing to go to the hospital and having to wait 14 HOURS is TERRIFYING to me! Never mind the staff burnout and lack of resources, hallway medicine, and people "resting" in pain on the floors!
What if it was YOU, your elderly PARENT, or your KID?!
