@garrwolfdog I think "desperately bland and soulless" is a reflection of people who live within. They really want to be seen in a specific way, to toe the local line by someone who does actually enjoy lving like this. They want to be "normal" or whatever warped sense of self they have. A good little apparatchik if you will. (OK, tangent: calling a sub in a polycule "Our good little apparatchik" is weirdly endearing... )
