I've taught an upper level non-classical logics several times. The final project involves a presentation of an article we don't cover in class. Three articles have been done repeatedly in the class.
- @andrejbauer's Five Stages of Constructive Mathematics
- @rrrichardzach's Significance of the Curry-Howard Isomorphism
- Graham Priest's Logic of the Catuskoti.
The students seem to like these a bunch.
