Looks like we need a new foreman. Gave him a job to do after finishing the perimeter fencing: fabricate and install a large gate and a small gate. He was grumbling about wanting to go on a day rate instead of fixed price per job (obvious lazy fucker is obvious). I said fixed price is the deal, and this is the (fair) amount. He said it wasn't enough, I went up 10%, final offer. He wanted another 20%, I said no, take it or leave it. He's leaving it. *shrug* Plenty more looking for work.
