Alberta wants a high price for their oil. Oil companies love it. Oil company owners love it. So while you’re struggling to fill your tank at 2.15 a litre and the added fuel costs are added to everything else we buy remember that the champions of Canada’s Economic Engine need you to belaying through the nose for their energy, and a few wars don’t hurt either.
