Adding video to Apple Podcasts has messed with our metrics for Primary Technology, as people "watching" don't count as "downloads" anymore. And you can see from the @transistor graph Podcasts was our No 1 source, Overcast 2nd.
BUT...looking at Apple Podcasts metrics directly, you can probably guess when we turned on video. Graph shows last 60 days:
