@pixelambacht the ‘per 100,000’ views licensing for web fonts has always seemed insane to me. Why would I buy something that I can’t predict the long term cost of? How do I sell that to a client? It’s not like anyone charges for fonts by how much traffic a billboard or poster gets!
Makes me wonder how many sales fonts actually see for web specific usage.

@jamesdoesdev I understand completely. Both sides! Because what's a font designer to do? You just worked countless of hours pouring blood, sweat and tears into hundreds of meticulously designes characters, and you'd like to sell your labor. How to make a difference between a Toxic Avenger fanfic site with 107 visitors, or MegaCorp's frontpage w/ a million visitors an hour?
