@adelinej@piaille.fr @autistics@fedigroups.social when I get too overwhelmed, I like to use the mantra : "I am just a year old human on a big spinny rock in space." Idk why it's relaxing to state my age but to me it is. Even if I was older, or younger, it would have the same effect of pulling me away from the concerns with metacognition.
