There is a problem with D2D: they insist on them printing the barcode and they add 90000 price barcode. In UK & Ireland you can only set wholesale price. The retailer decides on sale price. IMO all ebook and app sellers should be the same. Publisher or Dev should set price the store pays them, not the end user price with the store deciding your payment. The same laws should apply to the Internet as local shops!
