Parkrun number 106 ✅ After helping to pace a friend to a speedy PB last week, today was officially pacing week. A nice leisurely pace with some people following me Followed by cooldown laps and coffee and cake at the café by the lake in the (intense) sun. Then a long walk with some friends on my way home. Now resting post-sun. #parkrun
