@david I would guess it’s specified explicitly, as the target group for Neo might be coming from Windows, and be used to installing those manually. If you’re spending for the more expensive ones you’re either upgrading existing, or are already familiar with the MacOS capabilities. Or money is not an issue and it doesn’t really matter.
