i had trouble with one of the apps that i'm literally using every day so of course i wanted to get that resolved as quickly as possible. after some classic troubleshooting nothing had changed so i went to the service's website and tried to contact their support team. OF COURSE all i found was an overeager AI assistant 🫠 so i typed up ALL the info and added screenshots which immediately led to the “assistant“ not being able to help but at least forward my issue to a human on the support team.
