@antfu I developed symptoms of burnout for the first time at the age of 30. Then I realized that my brain no longer had the apparent unlimited bandwidth of my teen years. It is still able to do a good job, but it no longer likes being at 100% 24/7. So if you are nearing your 30s, my recommendation is to give that hyperactive brain a rest, at least a few hours per day, and find hobbies without screens that require using your hands more than your brain (woodworking, ceramics, gardening, etc.) ๐ค๐ช๐
