@antfu It seems that a big part of the mental health issues come indirectly from there not being clear established procedures to attract and integrate skilled professionals other than coders into projects.
As you mention, it's tough trying to not just be the lead dev, but also the community manager, project manager, marketing communications, customer service etc.
At the same time, as someone in marketing and design, I often find it hard to make meaningful contributions in FOSS beyond an icon.

@Blort Contribitons come with many different types and ways, even helping other people in the community counts as the contributions to the community. So don't worry too much, people would love it and need it for your icon contributions, as I know many OSS maintainers are struggling on design :)
