@sue Definitely all this! I think another skill we can learn from them is telling a story and building a narrative.

@RobeeShepherd Totally, something I always find helps folk who communicate about tech is learning to convey it in terms of value which sales people are really good at.. Developer facing people tend to just talk about the tech for it's own sake you know?
