@cos I have the same issue. Does the battery have its own management system or is it reliant on the V3? If it doesn't have it's own, the V3 tends to go into a funk as the battery slides through going flat / brownouts and doesn't play nice later. If there's an external BMS that kills the power dead at batt low threshold then turns it on sharp when it's charged enough things tend to work better.

@cos 150 mAh The firmware activated deep sleep after battery voltage goes low. Maybe pressing user button do a wakeup, or wait long time like 24hours until timers let the device wake up again and check battety voltage. Or powercycle it manually when charging.

@cos First I have a 2000 mAh battery and it lasts ~18 hr. and I recharge it overnight next to my cellphone. Second, you should be able to just press the PRG button and it turns back on.
