In the meantime I’ve blown the dust off my old 2019 MBP and dual booted it to Windows (Linux on this machine was a challenging journey due to the T2 chip), just to get a feel for things. It’s pretty great! Really enjoying going through my old Steam and Battle.net library with my son. Watching him have his first WASD and mouse experience was fun while he played Portal. 😊

@MrRooni@mastodon.social Fun! Was this with Boot Camp? Does the Touch Bar do anything on Windows? reading on r/linux_on_mac is traumatic: drivers may be dicey, T2 Intel can only boot from external drives, Wifi & trackpad issues 😵
