My S3 and FTP apps added support for MCP (Model Context Protocol) around this time last year, when I was caught up in the early MCP euphoria and Apple Intelligence disappointment.
MCP turned out to be mostly useful for developers, and even for them regular command line scripts are superior when working locally.
This feature had zero users, and MCP support will be purged in the next App Store update.

@palmin interesting… do you feel like the feature just didn't fit the workflow of a majority of your users or that the feature itself just wasn't useful?
